Dad officially retired in 1994 but was appointed to various honorory roles:

- Principal of Awosika College

- Lay Secretary for the Anglican Diocese of Ondo State

- Founding Member of the All Saints Church Primary and Secondary School, Ondo.

- Founder of Friends of the needy an initiative to help the disabled members of All Saints Church.
